VALTRE MERCH — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Valtre Merch. Our goal is to provide a premium experience and transparent communication from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives. Because our merchandise is produced in limited quantities and intentional releases, please review the shipping details below.


Processing & Production Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Some Valtre Merch items are created in small-batch production or may be made-to-order depending on demand and availability. For this reason, production time may extend total delivery time beyond standard shipping estimates.

Production delays may occur during:

  • Limited drops and new releases

  • High-volume sales periods

  • Restocks

  • Holiday seasons

  • Custom or specialty items

If production delays affect your order, you will receive an email with the updated estimated ship date.

Please note: production/processing time is separate from the carrier transit time selected at checkout.


Estimated Shipping Timeframes

After processing and production, estimated carrier transit times are:

Shipping Type Estimated Delivery
Standard 3–7 business days
Expedited 2–3 business days
International Typically 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect

  • Carrier scan times and routes are outside our control


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

  • Expedited and international shipping options may vary


International Orders

For international customers:

  • Import taxes, customs fees, and duties may apply

  • These charges are not included in your purchase price

  • The customer is responsible for any fees upon delivery

Delays caused by customs or international handling are outside our control.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Valtre Merch is no longer responsible for the package.

Valtre Merch is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.


Incorrect Address or Order Information

If you entered incorrect shipping information, contact us immediately.

Changes can only be made before the order enters processing or production. Valtre Merch is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some items may be marked PRE-ORDER, MADE-TO-ORDER, or LIMITED RELEASE.

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page

  • Dates are estimates and may shift based on production

  • Orders with pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately
